Being Human is Super

Whilst travelling from New Delhi to Ghaziabad in a car, I noticed a large billboard.

It was advertising a forthcoming spiritual event promoting the peak of well being and there was a great quote I wanted to capture and share.

"It's not about becoming Super Human

Its about realizing that being Human is Super"

Unconditional Love really is everything

Unconditional Love is everything.

It is the ultimate thought, feeling and act.
It is a total feeling and thinking act of Oneness to a world of allness.
It is simply the best one can be and do.

Think about it and feel it. It is perfectly peaceful.

Perfect in knowledge too. Oh to have the wisdom to apply this.

All this is everything there is, and perfectly so.

The best messages come from within

This morning, in meditation, I realized that it is far more important to first go within, to relax the busy mind and come in to inner contact.

There you will receive the best possible messages, and not in the email list.

If you are waiting for something, simply go within first.

All Truth is known but we need to teach it in new ways

In meditation this morning, I realised again that all Truth is known, omniscient, but although the principles are universal and timeless, we need to continually teach them to new generations in a way that they can relate to, and actually understand.

We need to put the Truth into today's setting, context, cultures, today's relative knowledge and perceptions, sciences technologies and tools.

For example, I use the wireless technologies, and those of the world wide web as a metaphor for the better understanding of our global interconnectivity and Oneness.

The principles are unchangeable. But the way we teach and understand them changes with human evolution.

All are in different stages of perfection?

While contemplating and saluting the 'Divinity in All'
this morning - Namaste

I thought: If we are all intrinsically and inherently perfect
within, then, perhaps, we are all, outwardly manifesting, in
different stages of perfection?

Maybe there is only perfection and nothing else. And we are all
simply on that one spectrum of perfection? Even a little goodness
is a visible start to perfection?

No evil? Just degrees of perfection?

Live to love another day - and all is a blessing

What a difference just a few words can make to your attitude to life and to the day.

I have blogged before about 'live to love another day' as opposed to the more general 'live to fight another day'. Just one word difference. But this morning, in meditation, I realized that we can then add, 'and all is a blessing'.

This may sound very harsh for those of us who are truly suffering, physically and/or mentally, but it lifted me to the extent that I had to write about it.

If I choose, I can decide that today, despite circumstances, I will do everything I can to love the day - give love whenever I can, gladly accept and receive love, and generally be as positive and helpful as I can. This then will add some value to the world and to my being alive today.

If I will then accept, also, that whatever happens today, whilst loving the day, is a blessing, for myself and all who are affected, then I can truly face anything and everything with more enthusiasm, positivity and hope.

So I find that by saying, 'I live to love another day, and all that happens is a blessing' is very inspiring.

Forgiveness and not knowing

This morning, in meditation, I came to the feeling of forgiveness of some people who are being very harmful in their thoughts and actions to others. Naturally, my mind automatically said what I have learned since a child:

'Father, forgive them for they know not what they do'

Then, in a flash, I realized the full meaning of this wisdom for the first time.

All the major human problems of the world can be summed up by the word ignorance, and hence, illusion. Many people do not know who they really are. Many people do not realize that what they do is based on ignorance of the truth. Their actions are based on wrong thinking.

Knowledge of who we really are, 'As One in Spirit' is the true answer. Ignorance will then fall away as simply and as fast as light replaces darkness.

So to all those people who are in a level of ignorance and illusion and, as a result, are wrong thinking and wrong doing, I say with a much greater and a totally sincere understanding:

'Father forgive them for they know not what they do'

Graziadio - thanks to God

Passing through Malibu, USA, I stayed for three days at the Graziadio Management and Business School, Pepperdine University. Such a beautiful place, overlooking the Pacific Ocean and up in the Santa Monica Mountains.

At first I thought, what a strange name for a Business School.

Then I learned of the founders with that name - great!

Then I learned that it meant 'Grazia' and 'Dio' which is Italian for
'Thanks' and 'God'.

Thanks to God. How wonderful and uplifting.
Certainly a very special place.

OM the greatest mantra

Increasingly, more and more of us on this planet are learning about the power of thought, especially creative thought, and its ability to shape and manifest in infinite possibilities.

Thought will affect our brain cells, which will affect our feelings, which will affect our nerves and muscles and bodies. This will then affect our 'supposedly' external world.

But try sounds too. Try to chant OM (in an A U M nnnn ) way, very slowly. Then you will strongly feel this sound, the great mantra, vibrate from the very depths of your stomach, and solar plexus region, through your chest, neck, head and crown.

Sound, therefore, also will affect our brain cells, which will affect our feelings, which will affect our nerves and muscles and bodies, and our world within and without.

OM (Amen if you prefer) is the greatest word, the greatest mantra.

Feel the Oneness and Connectedness

If you feel the yearning to be connected, to go beyond thinking, to experience the reality, to feel the higher force, higher self, creative intelligence, inner spirit. God,Buddha self or whatever name you choose for this experience, try this:

Understand and realize that the higher force is everywhere and in everything, all the time, and with you here and now.

Although in everything, just imagine the higher force is in the air all around you.

Imagine the higher force is in the breath.

Gently breath in the higher force, retain it for a few moments, and then breath out.

Do this several times, with slow and deep breaths.

You will feel the richness, the abundance, the goodness, the purity and the peace.

You will feel unity, connectedness and Oneness.

Light a candle for Tibet

This morning, I found it impossible to relax and meditate.

Yesterday I signed on to the Candle For Tibet Light protest, and I will certainly light a candle at 9pm local time for a free Tibet.

But on that website, there is a video that has some pictures that I found so disturbing. Pictures of men holding guns to the heads of people.Although they may well be considered common in a world of wars, I find just one picture to be too much.

I try so hard, each day, to think only peaceful thoughts. I try hard to meditate each noon on World Peace and World Healing. I sincerely try to cultivate compassion, forgiveness and unconditional love to all in this world. I try to salute the divinity in all.

But this sort of brutal experience really knocks me down.

Am I an ostrich who buries his head in the sand of world reality?
Am I a useless idealist?
Am I a soft touch for the sharp wheeler/dealers in this world?
Am I wrapped up in my own ego?

Please let thoughts be things that make a difference!

But as I write this, I realize that thoughts do make a huge difference.
We have the Universal Declaration of Human Rights and that is making a huge difference.I have the freedom of speech.

I meet lots of sincere, honest, trustworthy, kind, compassionate, loving, peaceful people.

This writing helps.

I will try my meditation again.

The Global Individual

I have read about the notion of the 'Global Individual' and contemplated what it really means and its potential, but this week, I had a realisation that seemed much stronger.

Let me paint the picture.

On wednesday, I sent from S.France, where I am currently living, a work document to my team colleagues in Tokyo, Singapore, New Delhi, Manilla and Kuala Lumpur.
It was the evening for me and I went to bed, knowing that I had a videoconference with them all at 7.30am the next day. All that was required was a simple click of the email to the group. A few seconds of effortless work.

At 7.30am on thursday, we conducted the videoconference, hosted by Tokyo and facilitated by Tokyo and Singapore.

I was pleasantly surprised to hear from the team that they had read my document and that they proceeded to discuss it and adopt it. This really should be no surprise to me because I work with them in Asia frequently and I know well the time difference of up to 8hrs ahead of Europe. So when I went to bed, after a simple click of the email, they were soon getting up to start the new day, and have the videoconference with me in the afternoon in Asia.

The videoconference was a rich, but normal, exchange of information, status reporting, comments, support and action planning. After the videoconference, I sat back.

Why was I so surprised? I have spent years communicating and collaborating with virtual teams all over the world. Why did this have a deep impact?

Well, first of all, I strongly realised again that thoughts are dynamic global things with energy.

I had some thoughts in Europe. I communicated them in writing, digitally, to colleagues across Asia. They were influenced by these thoughts and expanded them.
We took action. But also, I did not feel like an individual in a team, but instead, I felt more just absorbed in one team. We still have a way to go with effective group videoconferencing, but, together with other collaborative tools and technologies, I think we are reaching a new plateau in human evolution and knowledge work.

I walked out into the garden. My wife must have thought that I was going simple, or something similar, because I felt compelled to say:

'How marvellous, how miraculous. I had some thoughts in the kitchen on wednesday,
I tapped a few keys, and I had a meaningful conversation with colleagues in Asia the next day!'

So what?

Shouldn't we all take the rapidly increasing power of the world wide web, computers, email and videoconferencing for granted? Aren't they simply normal, mainstream knowledge working tools?

I felt... many human beings around the planet have certainly evolved to the point where we can now think anywhere, communicate those thoughts everywhere, and work with time and space in completely new ways. 'Going to work' is being augmented by 'thinking to work' too, from anywhere.

For several years, I have perceived the global internet and world wide web as a growing collective third brain that is getting smarter and smarter, and is there to assist humans with developing and applying their collective intelligence. We can transfer our thoughts and information around the planet, seemingly at the speed of light! This seems to be a natural extension of turning our thoughts into reality.

Thanks to my Asian friends, I feel, as we can all feel, like a Global Individual.

The importance of Daily Spiritual Routines

Again this weekend, I have had several deep insights that I feel compelled to share.

The deepest follows on from my visit to India in February 2008, and attending a conference, and resonating with one particular paper that was presented.

My professional work, since 1993, has been in the area of knowledge management, and I have always kept my professional writings and my spiritual writings separate.

At the conference, the speaker from India eloquently linked yoga and meditation, and the traditional values of the Indic culture and ancient knowledge systems, to knowledge management, as a personal tool to accelerate learning and give greater acces to subconscious, or even superconscious, knowledge and wisdom.

It blew me away, because it 'legitimised' and united the two streams of professional and spiritual in ways I had always intuited myself, but never quite verbalised in the same way.

It enabled me to see my daily spiritual routine and daily professional routine in a much better way.

But it did much more than that!

It made me realise the importance of 'daily' spiritual routines.

In particular, I realised again, that if you don't meditate daily, it's like wearing the same clothes without washing them. Eventually, they become dirtier and heavier. This is what happens to the Mind. Meditation is like washing. Each time we put the garment in the water it becomes cleaner, as the dirt is washed away.

If we wash regularly enough, the garment is always clean.

The Mind is like this. If we meditate, it is a cleansing and purifying of the Mind.
There are always rogue thoughts and events that can affect our natural state of tranquility, but if we meditate, we can deal with them properly. If we do not, these thoughts may get hold and our mind becomes less pure, less clean.

I guess I like the metaphor of continually needing to 'weed the garden'.
Stop regular weeding routines and see what happens when the weeds take over.

A pure Mind is naturally and unconditionally loving and compassionate and healthy. So are our resulting attitudes, thoughts and actions. An unpure Mind can become fearful and unloving. It's the same with our attitudes and actions.

I must wash my clothes regularly. I must clean my house regularly. I must weed my garden regularly.

I must purify and clean my Mind regularly.

A regular daily spiritual routine that, includes meditation, does that for me.

Inspire, Aspire, Expire

I had an insight this morning about the lifeforce and the breath.

Nothing new, in fact I have had this many times over the years, but I feel compelled, this time, to record it.

As a Yoga teacher, I realised the power of the breath and its link to the lifeforce, but this morning I felt a strong need to focus on

Breath in - 'Inspire'

Hold and develop the breath - 'Aspire'

Breath out - 'Expire'

As I consider that the life force, the creative intelligence, the loving wisdom, or whatever you wish to call it, is really the invisible, in and all around us, I relate it to ther breath as:

Inspire - I breath in the life force, I am being in life force

Aspire - I become the life force

Expire - I breath out the life force, after conscious awareness of becoming the life force

It's a sort of process that I find hard to explain, with many implications and interpretations, but, somehow, it feels right and right to write :-)

A moment of Eureka

I have just finished listening to the audio CDs from Esther and Jerry Hicks
on the Law of Attraction.

For the first time, in many years, I felt a strong sense of 'eureka'.
Several personal experiences and insights from Esther, on her spiritual path, made me realise that I had exactly the same experiences too! But I didn't realise the
implications nor relevance in the same way or in the same context.

Maybe this is an insight into a possible 'same pattern' of spiritual development and progress for many of us.In any event, I cannot do full justice to the work of Esther and Jerry Hicks in my summary insights below, so I would highly recommend their work at www.abraham-hicks.com.

My path resonates with her path as follows:

1. Jerry originally played around with a weejie board that Esther was not too happy about. They talk about the major phenomena of the non physical, non visible beings.
I always sensed this dimension and I never really wanted to play with the weejie board.

2. In 1983 they talked about "There has to be another level of knowing" and this is where channeling started for Esther. I often wondered about channeling myself, but, at that stage, nothing so specific as a personality such as Seth or Abraham had appeared for me. But I also felt that there was an intelligence, a higher and creative intelligence, that wanted and was willing to communicate. They talked of the "non physical being with all this wisdom".

3. The notion of a Spiritual Guide or a Higher Self or a Guardian Angel started to rock my cautious, reasonable, even doubting self. I love the wonderful, inspiring and powerful words of Esther "Something breathed me and it was a wonderful and loving experience". This resonated because I have increasingly felt that we, the lifeforce, are the invisible layer and that we breathe apparent life in to the body. The body lives and dies according to the flow of breath, the lifeforce. We are not the body. We use the body. We are the invisible lifeforce that permeates the Universe.

When my mother passed away, I saw her body in the hospital, and I knew it was not any more my mother. The lifeforce had left. The spirit had gone or returned. The body was just matter. Yet my mother and father are still very much with me in spirit.

If we are really the lifeforce within the Universe, using physical bodies to temporarily experience and express who we really are, then that lifeforce is certainly everlasting, beyond physical laws of life and death. We are what is breathed in.

4. Esther talks of her experiences in 1985 of her head moving around in meditation. For her it was spelling out letters with her nose. In my meditations, I would reach a stage of head and body movements. A swaying backwards and forwards, sometimes quite violent and sometimes quite soft. At times, I felt like I was being bent forwards and back. At times, I felt I was being massaged.

As these were the days before blogs, I simply wrote these experiences in my hand written spiritual diaries over many years. Being trained as a Yoga teacher, I was well aware, from teachings of some of the Yoga Masters, that strange experiences could happen along the way, and I was instructed to ignore them. Esther's experiences were the first similar experiences that I had heard from a lay person. She then communicated with Abraham and she took his messages to the typewriter every day for 2 months.

In my case, over a period of weeks, I had a spiritual outpouring and I incessantly wrote the short story of 'Christopher and the Knowledger'. It's a dialogue between Christopher, a man seeking the eternal Truths of the Universe, and the Knowledger, who occupies the invisible space around Planet Earth. I didn't think of myself as the channel for the Knowledger, but maybe I was?

5.Esther says that Abraham would speak with absolute clarity. For me, it was effortless to write Christopher and the Knowledger (C&K) in 1991. Even today, in 2007, I read the story and I am simply amazed at the timeless wisdom that seems to unfold to me, piece by piece, as I read and re-read. Maybe there is a timeless wisdom that we all can access, express and share with others in our own unique and authentic way?

6. Abraham told Esther that "there are many of us (we are in no place) and we are many of identical intent. In C&K, the Knowledger tells Christopher that there are many Knowledgers who surround Planet Earth. When Christopher completed his one atom of learning and understanding in the Universal Wisdom, he became a Knowledger himself. The Knowledger said that as soon as he had helped enough people to become Knowledgers, he would become complete in the Universal Wisdom.

7. It's so interesting to hear people who have the gift of 'inspiring' others. Of being enthusiastic. I feel gifted, as I am continually told that, as a teacher, I communicate complex concepts clearly and in an inspiring and enthusiastic way. 'In-spiration' and 'Ex-piration' take us back to the breath again, as life. Maybe inspirational teachers have a temporary excess of enthusiasm and lifeforce that they need to share with others?

8. For the Law of Attraction, the most powerful law in the Universe, we are told "That which is likened to itself is drawn" and that "you are a magnet attracting what you are thinking and feeling". So we are told to "Pay attention to what we are thinking and feeling" as "words and actions are extensions of thought".

In all my Yoga teacher training and meditations, and recently, in studying the Buddha and Dharma teachings, I have been told to become 'mindful' of the present moment, the 'here and now'. I have been told to be very aware of what I am thinking and doing. I have been told to make sure that I guard my mind from negative influences and dwell, instead, only on positive thoughts and emotions. The Buddha taught the pursuit of happiness. Makes great sense to me, but this was taught 2500 years ago by the Buddha and even earlier in the Vedas, the Hindu Scriptures. Abraham says "Without exception, that which you give thought to is that which you begin to invite into your experience"."The joyful launch of creation, you will be inspired into action, you must enjoy your action"

9. "Think them into being, expect them, you will be led / guided / inspired to the 'Perfect Action'". I have found this to be true for me too. I have learned to trust inspired thoughts and insights. I find it very useful to follow the Eight Fold Path of the Buddha, which is a framework for Perfect Vision, Perfect Emotion, Perfect Speech, Perfect Action, Perfect Livelihood, Perfect Effort, Perfect Mindfulness, and Perfect Meditation.

10. The Law of Allowing states "I am that which I am. I am pleased and joyful with it. Difference between us is good." In my case, I also studied 'A Course in Miracles' and the most powerful statement of all, for me, is, expressed in religious terms "I am as God created me". This means that I am not as I believe I am (I am not as I made me). This is very powerful and very liberating.

11. But one of the most powerful statements from Abraham, for me, in all the teachings, is "Another cannot come into your experience unless you invite them through your thoughts. Nothing will come into your mind unless you invite it in.
You are absolutely free to create your world and there is no need to contain or control others". This, to my mind, is Mastery of the Mind! Most of us are reacting and responding to external events in the world - good and bad - positive and negative. Mind Mastery is not about being reactive to what is out there, but being proactive, it's about being creative in thought, to what you will create out there.
So think creatively and positively and 'Guard your thoughts'.

Overall, I found the Law of Attraction, as narrated by Jerry and channeled by Abraham through Esther Hicks, to be very inspiring. It was also so comforting for me to be able, for the first time, to express my similar experiences and insights.

Oneness and teleporting through the Universe?

I had an interesting insight early this morning.

I guess it is because I have been reading so much lately
about Quantum Theory and how its laws explain the workings
of the Universe.

If the mind of the observer is the enabler of action.
If the mind can influence sub-atomic mattter (eg electrons)
If organisations like NASA and British Aerospace are all looking
for ways to tap in to the vast energy sources that exist in
the unknown, unmanifest, invisible, Universe, to bring about,
for example, teleporting to any part of the Universe,

....then maybe the only way we will all experience 'teleporting'
through enabling our minds, is through a paradigm of Universal Oneness?

Because Oneness implies total interconnectivity of all, then, as observers
and thought creators, we need to fully understand, or at least,
fully believe in, the laws of Universal Oneness.

The suggestion here is that once humanity has adopted the new
paradigm of Oneness as accepted mainstream thinking, that it will
then be possible to bring about new phenomena that goes beyond
time and space (which may only be a construct for nothingness to
exist in a dualistic world).

Then teleporting to other parts of the Universe, telepathy etc will be
possible, commonplace, and the next major form of transport for humanity.

I remember in my writings of 1991, in my short story 'Christopher and the
Knowledger'
, which was a simple outpouring of what I considered to be
naturally creative thoughts, insights and natural and spontaneous
writing, that I referred to this, at the time, as 'Cosmic Molecular
Transference'. Phew!

Beam me up Scotty!!!

'One' has it all, now!

Now here is an interesting riddle.

Recently, I was lecturing at Cranfield School of Management, and talking to the group about the power of a part of the brain, known as the Reticular Activating System (RAS) in helping us achieve better results. see www.makingmillionsontheweb.com

A delegate came up to me afterwards and told me to look at two films that also explained this in other terms. One was called 'The Secret', a film about the Law of Attraction, and the other was called 'What the Bleep - Down the Rabbit Hole'.

I found both films extraordinary and totally fascinating.

For the first time, I heard scientists, quantum physicists, medical practitioners,
religious leaders, personal development teachers and mystics all talk about the reality of Oneness and our illusion of separated beings as a main cause for most of our world problems.

So that was really great to see and hear.

Then a thought more about the Law of Attraction from scientific, religious and spiritual values perspectives.

I decided to meditate and to focus on those things that I really wanted to happen in my life. It sounds very cheesy, but I simply imagined a few obvious material things like a wonderful Tudor Manor House, teaching in a training complex in the South of France, a Mercedes convertible etc. You know, the normal western material dreams.

Then,it happened. All at once, all these things appeared in my life. Or, at least, I was very conscious of them all appearing, even though they had been around for a long time. My wife and I were invited by friends into their wonderful Tudor Manor House, an old work colleage invited us to their new learning village conference centre and complex in Provence, South of France, my son in law took me for a ride in his Mercedes convertible etc

Of course, we do not own them, but they all appeard for us to experience and enjoy.

Then I thought, well at least we are near to these things.

Then I thought further. If we are really all One, and not separated beings,
then I really do have all these things instantly, albeit through other parts of my larger Self. Also, no doubt, as the Quantum Physicists taught me, there are infinite potential possibilities in our Universe, so I could see 6.5 billion people as potential experiences and possibilities that I could share experiences with in order to create my Universe.

So maybe the Law of Attraction does provide us with our wants in many different ways.

So, 'One, has it all, now!'

I guess I now need to focus on the illusory separated 'me', this small part of the Oneness, owning and continually experiencing what I already own in Truth and in the wholeness. So,I choose what I want to experience from the Universal catalogue that already exists now. The spectrum of experiences in this world covers everything from suffering to happiness. My creativity allows me to observe events, circumstances and conditions that I choose. The more people in this world there are, the more it gives us all a much larger external Self to experience. Is that the paradox?

I am probably going insane, but who cares, and it's an amusing riddle anyway.
If we are really One, then those people in the world who believe in separate selves are not that sane either?

Imagine there is only Love

Imagine, for a moment, the idea that there is only Love. This is the only reality. The Universe has only One Law. The Law of Love. Imagine that all other non loving thoughts and ideas are not real, although they may feel real to us at the time, in our thoughts, words, actions and behaviours.

With this idea, there is only Love in reality. It is the uniting force of the Universe. Because the Universe is really only One Being, and we are all parts of that One Being, there cannot be separate parts ‘outside’ or ‘separated’ from the complete Oneness. Nothing else, outside this Oneness is real. With this idea, we recognise that we have mistakenly conceived non loving thoughts and actions as real things. As real separated things. But they are not. They are simply incorrect perceptions of reality. They are degrees of a ‘lack of love’ perception or temporary blockages and barriers to the reality of Love within us all. They are errors of perception that can be corrected so that we perceive, and eventually know, the reality, the knowledge, the Truth of Oneness.

Several years ago, I learned from a Course in Miracles that the act of Forgiveness is the way to return to the reality of the one law of Love and Universal Oneness.

How?

By forgiving the lack of love. The unreal perceptions, thoughts, words and actions of others, ‘in your Mind’ you are letting go of the unreal perception and can then see beyond this to the reality of Love and Oneness within the people who have deluded perceptions. You see them as they really are, beyond the superficial. You see for them what they do not see in themselves. Your real thoughts of forgiveness temporarily supply the lack they perceive. This heals. Healing is Unity, Oneness, Wholeness, Abundance and Love. Peace that passeth all understanding is the condition of Reality.

So, Forgive. At least Forgive in your own Mind, for the Love and for the healing of others. Forgive the world and heal the world in Mind. After all, they are you in Oneness. So you are helping to heal yourself. By forgiving with your Love you are receiving Love, which is your inheritance from the One Love of Oneness or God. Forgiveness continually lets me know that all minds are joined.

By meditating, you are returning to the state of natural peace, you are returning to the natural state of Love. Love created us all in its likeness. Recognise this reality in yourself and in others.

There can be no conflict in Peace! There can be no conflict in God. There can be no conflict in Love. This is Universal Wisdom.

Forgive the unreal. It will disappear. It does not exist in eternity, it only exists in time and process, which is relative reality within a limited mindset and understanding, but not absolute reality which is infinite. It will pass. Extend Love and Peace and Wisdom. Grow to what you already are, here and now. Unlearn. Remember. Enjoy.
Reality is a state of happiness and joy. A state of infinite life in the Oneness of Being.

I have learned and experienced that a miracle is a correction of an error of perception, transformed to a thought of perfect knowledge, a thought of wisdom and reality.

Perform a miracle now. Realise that any people that may be upsetting you are, in Realty, perfect and unconditional Love. But they are deluding themselves and projecting fear and non loving thoughts on to yourself and others, based on their own delusions about themselves. They need help to ‘re-mind’ them. They need to be shown what they really are through the demonstration of others who are re-minded and enlightened. The re-minded demonstrate that there is another way. A better way. The deluded then realise, through seeing the light in others, a spark of who they are in themselves. Truth will then start to correct all errors in their minds. This is better than allowing them to confirm their delusions through your deluded behaviour.

So your demonstration must be of a much better way, so that others can see the potential of a much better way in themselves. That better way comes in the demonstration of the knowledge of Oneness as attitudes, thoughts, words, writings, actions, behaviours, competencies, appearance, tools and technologies, material and financial achievements.

Inclusive Oneness.

This has to be a better way for All. This has to benefit all greatly. This has to provide extraordinary value and success to All as One. This has to make millions, if not billions, if not all, happier, healthier, wealthier.

Any act of Oneness will demonstrate and succeed, because it is reality.

The word of Truth is given us all to speak. Recognise the Truth in all.

Forgiveness is giving up, and letting go, of attack thoughts

Today, I find myself in a cottage in the country village of Wickhambrook, in Suffolk, U.K.

I am surrounded my corn fields and the farmer is busily ‘making hay while the sun shines’. There is a great sense of working hard with nature.

This weekend, a miracle occurred. I have been having such a stressful time with a few people who, I feel, have been taking great advantage of my wife and I. We have both felt sad, pressurised and even, for a while, victims!

Today, simply by a change of mind; simply by seeing things differently; that all changed in just a few seconds, in the ‘twinkling of an eye’. I went from a feeling of stress and sadness to a feeling of deep loving compassion and peace. I felt the strength of unconditional love
.
I realised this morning that ‘forgiveness’ is not just about forgiving the person(s) who you feel have harmed you, but forgiveness is really about giving up, within your own mind, any attack thoughts that you may have.

I have built up attack thoughts and I have also felt that I needed to defend myself.

Suddenly, by giving up all attack and all defence thoughts that were in my mind, I felt a great feeling of ‘forgive them father, for they know not what they do’. I felt sorry for them and their situation. I felt great compassion and a desire to help and heal.

How wonderfully extraordinary it was to experience a rushing in to my mind of love and compassion, when I allowed my attack thoughts to go. I let go.

So forgiveness, for me, became a wonderful healing for me, and I now have a great desire to try to help others who try to hurt. Even if they will not listen to me, I know that I can, at least, see them in my minds eye in a state of perfection, as they naturally are, albeit with the need to correct errors. This will come when they are able to change their minds. Until then, I feel strong, with a willingness to help, and more at peace, as opposed to weak, anxious, stressed and sad.

So forgiveness, for me, is such a great gift to me. Forgiveness is simply giving up, and letting go, my attack thoughts in my mind. Forgiveness, for me, is seeing who we really are and what we can really be. Forgiveness is seeing Love as the only reality and lack of love as a call for help. Lack of love is simply an error in understanding.

We all want to give love and be loved. Attack thoughts make us feel we are not loved. Forgiveness makes us feel we are giving love. When we give love, we receive love.

I think it is a miracle to feel such a change of state simply by a change of mind!
